In our commitment to supporting the arts community, we offer the following subscription tiers:
- Free Subscription: Subscribers receive a monthly newsletter summarizing our latest updates and highlights.
- Supporter Tier: As a supporter, your donations help sustain our work and cover the costs of our infrastructure, enabling us to continue our mission of promoting and discuss emerging artists. In addition to the benefits of the Free Subscription, supporters receive special recognition and exclusive content updates.
- Artist Basic Membership: Our Basic Membership tier offers all the benefits of the Supporter Tier, with the added advantage of being able to tag us on Instagram for resharing purposes.
By doing so, members can amplify their online presence and gain recognition for their work. Munchies Art Club and Art Observatory collaborate closely to ensure that artists receive the recognition they deserve online.
By subscribing to any of our tiers, you're not only gaining access to exclusive content and benefits but also supporting the vibrant arts community we're passionate about promoting.
3. Definitions
- We/Us: Refers to the owner and founder of Munchies Art Club online magazine, registered in Vienna, Austria.
- You: Refers to our readers, members, and individuals engaging with our services.
4. General Terms
- The content provided on our website is for general information and personal use only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the information.

6. Submission Format (Open Call)
- Submissions must be made via our online entry form and should include a link to your Instagram account.
- Our team reviews all submissions, and notifications for membership selections will be sent within 5 working days, while open call submissions will be notified within 5 weeks after the deadline.
7. Copyright
- You maintain copyright ownership of your submitted images and text but grant us the right to use and exercise copyright and publicity rights for promotional purposes.
8. Data Usage
- We do not collect or sell any data you provide. The information you share is used solely to promote you and your work on our platform and social media channels.
9. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription/Memberhisp/Supporter, at any time before the next renewal payment. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in cancellation in the following month.
- To terminate your account, please contact us. We use Stripe and Paypal for payment and transactions only.
- If you wish to terminate our rights over your works, you must provide one month's written notice to hello@munchiesart.club to remove your content from our platform and social media accounts.
10. Indemnification
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Munchies Art Club, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or violation of the terms.
11. Termination by Munchies Art Club
