1. Scope of Application
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Munchies Art Club / Catapult (“we”, “us”).
1.2. By using our services, you (“the Client”) accept these Terms in full.
1.3. Deviations from these Terms require written confirmation by us.
2. Services
We offer curated digital visibility, editorial services, and media partnerships for artists, galleries, and institutions.
2.1. Artist Portrait / Artist in Focus (B2C)
Curated editorial portraits for individual artists, including long-term online discoverability and, where applicable, social media exposure.
2.2. Gallery Artist Features (B2B)
Editorial features developed in collaboration with galleries, including gallery visibility, collaboration tags, and dedicated gallery tag pages.
2.3. Gallery Feature – Pricing Structure (B2B)
- Founding Rate: €180 (excl. VAT / reverse charge where applicable)
- Regular Rate: €240 (excl. VAT / reverse charge where applicable)
2.4. Gallery Exhibition Submissions (B2B)
Galleries may submit exhibitions for curatorial review and possible editorial exposure.
- Single Exhibition Submission: €180
- Exhibition Bundle (3 exhibitions): €480
Submission fees cover the curatorial evaluation process only and do not guarantee selection or publication.
From each exhibition submission round, up to five (5) selected artists may receive:
- an Artist in Focus editorial article, and
- a dedicated social media cover related to the exhibition.
Selection is entirely curatorial.
2.5. Backlinks & Indexing
SEO-optimized article pages, artist and gallery tag pages, and long-term indexing across our ecosystem.
2.6. Newsletter Placement
Editorial visibility in our curated newsletter, depending on format and availability.
2.7. Social Media Promotion
Instagram posts, story packages, scheduling, and collaboration tags, where explicitly included in the selected service.
2.8. Ask Kurt Submissions
Free submissions. No open calls. No guaranteed selection. All selections are fully curatorial.
2.9. Artist Submission Review (B2C)
The Artist Submission Review is a paid curatorial evaluation service.
The submission fee (currently €25) covers the professional time and expertise required to review submitted materials.
Payment of the submission fee does not guarantee selection, publication, or inclusion in any editorial, social media, or archival format.
All review outcomes are discretionary and curatorial.
Artist Submission Reviews do not result in an editorial workflow or publication unless explicitly confirmed.
3. Terms of Use
3.1. Services are delivered according to the current service descriptions.
3.2. Submissions of any kind do not guarantee selection or publication.
3.3. Clients must provide accurate, complete, and legally usable materials.
3.4. Work begins only once all required materials have been received.
3.5. Editorial Independence
Munchies Art Club retains full editorial independence.
We reserve the right to decline any submission, application, or project that does not align with our curatorial standards, quality expectations, or ethical framework.
No payment establishes a right to publication, visibility, or selection unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Pricing
4.1. Artist Portrait / Artist in Focus (B2C)
- 2025: €99 (VAT included)
- 2026: €120 (VAT included)
4.2. Gallery Feature (B2B)
- Founding Rate: €180 (excl. VAT)
- Regular Rate: €240 (excl. VAT)
4.3. Gallery Exhibition Submissions
- Single exhibition: €180
- Bundle (3 exhibitions): €480
4.4. All prices are per service unless otherwise stated.
4.5. Prices listed reflect the currently valid rates. Previous prices apply only to contracts explicitly agreed before a price update. No retroactive adjustments apply.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated.
5.2. For Gallery Exhibition Submissions, no payment is processed before curatorial approval.
5.3. Payment details and additional materials are requested only after acceptance.
5.4. Accepted payment methods include Stripe, bank transfer, or agreed alternatives.
5.5. For B2B services within the EU, the reverse-charge mechanism applies where a valid VAT number is provided.
5.6. For B2C services, applicable VAT is charged according to the customer’s country of residence.
6. Production Workflow (Editorial Features only)
This workflow applies exclusively to editorial features that have been formally accepted and commissioned by Munchies Art Club.

7. Service Inclusions
Each editorial feature may include:
- Curated editorial article (length depends on package - Artist in Focus)
- One draft and one revision
- Social media exposure where included
- SEO indexing
- Long-term discoverability
7.1. No Performance Guarantee
Munchies Art Club does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to reach, impressions, engagement, followers, sales, inquiries, press attention, or collector interest.
Digital visibility is subject to external factors such as platform algorithms, audience behavior, timing, and market conditions beyond our control.
The service provided is editorial and curatorial visibility, not performance-based marketing.
8. What Is NOT Included
Unless explicitly agreed, the following are not included:
Press releases
Exhibition reviews
Promotional copy
Reels or video formats
Additional drafts
Design or layout changes
Guaranteed newsletter placement
Post-publication edits
9. Add-ons
Additional services may be booked separately:
- Extra revision: €40
- Article update after 9+ months: 70% of original fee
- Removal of all content: €50
- Additional Instagram post: €25
- PDF version of article: €25
- Priority delivery (48h): €50
- Replacing more than 5 images: €10 per image
10. Termination & Refund Policy
10.1. Termination by Munchies Art Club
If collaboration becomes impossible, 90% of the payment will be refunded.
10% is retained as an administrative fee.
10.2. Termination by the Client
Before editorial work begins: 90% refund
During editorial work: 50% refund
After completion or publication: no refund
10.3. Submission Reviews
Fees paid for Artist Submission Reviews and Exhibition Submissions are non-refundable once the review process has begun, regardless of outcome.
11. Removal of Published Content
Clients may request removal at any time.
Removal fee: €50
No refund of the original service fee.
Published content may remain part of the Munchies Art Club archive and editorial context even after active promotion ends.
12. Updates After Publication
Minor factual corrections: free
Substantial updates: 70% of original fee
No new social media or newsletter inclusion
13. Creative Control
All editorial, visual, and publication decisions remain with Munchies Art Club.
Editorial visibility does not constitute a guarantee of measurable performance or commercial success.
14. Intellectual Property
All content created by us remains our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Clients may share content with credit.
Commercial reuse requires written permission.
Clients guarantee that all submitted materials are free of third-party rights.
15. Data Protection
We operate in compliance with GDPR.
Data is used solely for evaluation, communication, and project execution.
Portfolio materials submitted via external platforms are subject to the privacy policies of those providers.
Data is not sold or shared without consent.
16. Limitation of Liability
Munchies Art Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational impact.
Liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, failures, or reduced visibility caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including platform outages, algorithm changes, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
18. Non-Exclusivity
Our services are non-exclusive.
Clients remain free to work with other media platforms, and we may feature similar artists, exhibitions, or themes.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law.
Exclusive jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
20. Final Provisions
If any clause is invalid, the remaining Terms remain effective.
We reserve the right to update these Terms with prior notice.
