The space unfolds as an environment rather than a display. A suspended figure in neon-green mesh hovers between sculpture and costume. Screens emit soft light. Banners, tools, soil, wax, drawings and objects create a rhythm that moves between ritual presence and speculative interface.

The exhibition centers on the Beeseeker, a retro-futuristic figure navigating ecological depletion in the Archipelago. The work combines sculptural objects, video, textile, drawing and a speculative game interface.
Materials remain tactile: beeswax, woven baskets, ceramic vessels, embroidered cloth, seeds. Technology does not dominate; it coexists with handmade structures.

What holds the installation together is not narrative, but orientation. The bee becomes a model of collective movement and relational systems. The smarologos basket operates as container and carrier.
The game element rejects conquest mechanics and replaces them with care-based interaction. The exhibition does not dramatize collapse. It stages attention.
The result is spatially quiet yet conceptually insistent. Objects are placed with distance. Screens glow without spectacle. Ritual artifacts sit alongside digital fragments. The atmosphere is one of suspended action.
Why this exhibition matters
Telling the Bees proposes an alternative logic of play, ritual and coexistence. It positions care not as theme but as structural method. What remains is not spectacle, but orientation.
