Introducing from our Open call for students the artist Daria Shoshani studying art in Rome University of Fine Arts Class of Davide Dormino.
Daria tells us a bit about her work:
Artist from Jerusalem based in Rome, working between painting and sculpting, tattooing, and scenography.
Exploring the relationships between the intimate and the globalized, between the secretive and the shown.
Interweaving elements of fantasy into every day imageries, creating a dream-like atmosphere.
This constant tension is manifested in figurative works, often in a childish, intuitive, and dynamic language.
